BIVO is a Flat Keder manufacturer serving display businesses in China and overseas.
Our manufacturing history began in 2003. Today, we operate 15 production lines, bringing together material compounding, profile extrusion, quality control and packing.
We help SEG frame manufacturers, print producers, exhibition suppliers and distributors select and develop the profiles their systems need. BIVO handles sample development, orders, export coordination and after-sales support.

QUALITY AT EVERY STAGE
Consistency you can
build into your process.
We check compound consistency before extrusion, then monitor profile shape, width, thickness and colour by batch. Sample checks consider sewing performance and the fit within the intended frame channel.
Before shipment, we review surface finish, winding, spool packing and carton condition. Dimensional tolerance is typically ±5%, subject to the agreed product specification. Hardness is checked with a Shore durometer.

Our focus is indoor SEG systems: lightboxes, backlit graphics, tension fabric frames, exhibition displays and retail POS graphics. We work with domestic and export customers through a single BIVO contact.

Custom materials, dimensions, colours and cross-sections. Tooling development and soft / rigid co-extrusion support for suitable projects.
Samples & development
Free samples with freight charged separately. Typical custom sampling takes 7 days; tooling and project requirements may affect timing.
Production & delivery
Typical standard lead time: 15 days, confirmed with your order. Flexible MOQ, 200 m per spool and 2 spools per carton, with custom label support.
