01What is BIVO flat keder mainly used for?
BIVO flat keder is mainly used for indoor SEG lightboxes, exhibition displays, POS displays, retail fabric frames, backlit fabric displays, and other indoor display frame systems.
02Is this flat keder for sewing or welding?
It is mainly designed for sewing onto fabric edges. The flat keder is sewn onto the fabric edge with the strip exposed, then inserted into the aluminum frame channel.
03Is it suitable for tents, awnings, tarpaulins, or truck curtains?
No. This product is developed for indoor display and fabric frame systems, not for heavy-duty outdoor tent, awning, tarpaulin, or truck curtain applications.
04What standard sizes are available?
The main standard sizes are 12×3MM and 14×3MM. Custom width and thickness can also be developed according to your frame system.
05What materials can you supply?
PVC is the most common option for SEG lightbox and display frame use. TPE and silicone flat keder are also available for selected requirements.
06What colors are available?
Transparent and white are the main colors. Custom colors can be developed for specific projects or brand requirements.
07Can you customize the flat keder?
Yes. We support custom width, thickness, color, material, profile, and OEM / ODM development for display frame and seal solutions.
