This website lets you send product and quotation inquiries to BIVO.

Information you enter

When you submit the form, your name, email, company, quantity and project details are stored on our server and made available to BIVO in an authenticated inquiry dashboard. We also record the submission page and time, visitor IP address, available referral and campaign information, and the recorded page views and link clicks within the same visit. These details are stored with your inquiry, and an automatic inquiry notification containing this information is sent to the BIVO team mailbox for follow-up. Later recorded activity can be viewed in the authenticated dashboard. The optional email-draft button prepares an additional copy for you to send yourself; it is separate from the automatic notification.

Why we ask for details

Your name, business email, company and project information help BIVO respond to product, quotation, sample and documentation requests. Do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for your project.

Cookies and analytics

We use first-party visit identifiers and attribution cookies to understand website visits and inquiry sources. The site records page views and interactions such as form submissions and contact-link clicks, together with available campaign, browser and referral information. Hosting providers may also keep technical access logs. With your permission, Google Analytics uses optional cookies to measure page visits, product views, outbound/social clicks and successfully accepted inquiries. It does not receive the name, email, message, company or full IP stored with your inquiry as event fields. We send public page paths, referral domains and supported campaign tags, not arbitrary URL query strings. Google receives network connection information when its service loads. Analytics is not loaded before you allow it, and you can decline or withdraw using Analytics preferences in the footer. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not erase reports already collected. Advertising signals and personalization are disabled. Our first-party inquiry and visit records described above are separate from optional Google Analytics.
